Kamille Beye, M Ed, MAT

Teaching and Learning Manager

Prior to joining UGHE, Kamille Beye was a Senior Finance and Contracts Analyst at Abt Associates, where she worked in the International Economic Growth Division of the South Sudan FARM and FARM II projects.  During the last ten months of the project, Mrs. Beye served as a State Coordinator. She also worked for Business Community Synergies as a contract manager, and has 12 years of international development experience. Mrs. Beye taught active learning methods to education faculty at Alemaya University in Alemaya, Ethiopia, with the International Foundation for Education & Self-Help (IFESH). While working at The Academy for Educational Development (now FHI 360), she provided field support to education based projects in Liberia, Ethiopia, South Africa and Rwanda, respectively.  Mrs. Beye has a bachelor’s degree in history from Morgan State University, a master’s degree in the art of teaching from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and a master’s degree in education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
