Anne Marie Ntaganira, MPH
MBBS Teaching and Learning Coordinator, Global Health Corps Fellow (2020-21)
Anne Marie Ntaganira joined the UGHE team in July 2020 as the MBBS Teaching and Learning Coordinator through the Global Health Corps Fellowship. She graduated from Liverpool John Moores University, where she earned a Masters in International Public Health. During her postgraduate career, Ms. Ntaganira spent a semester learning about Global Health and Intercultural Education and working as Community Health Worker.
Prior, Anne worked in Education and Community Health for promoting health and social security for young people. Most recently, Anne worked with Liverpool John Moores University conducting a community partnership project-evaluating the strategies and pathways of reducing hate crimes.
Anne is passionate about health systems strengthening and building community resilience in low-income settings, as well as developing evidence based research and practices. In her free time, Ms Ntaganira enjoys playing sports, especially football, swimming and dancing.
