Caroline Beyer joined UGHE in the summer of 2017 as a Research and Project Coordinator. She is a fourth year medical student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she has been actively involved in programs expanding care for vulnerable populations in the East Harlem community. Ms. Beyer has previously worked with a grassroots women’s organization in Northern Uganda, assisting with their maternal-child health and violence against women programs. She received a BA in International Studies from Boston College.
