Doreen Kirabo joined the UGHE team as Administrative Assistant in August of 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance (A0) from the Independent Institute of Lay Adventists in Kigali. Ms. Kirabo previously worked at Africa Humanitarian Action under UNHCR as an Administrative and Finance Assistant.
