Jean d’Amour Ndahimana

Jean d’Amour Ndahimana is a medical doctor and infectious disease epidemiologist who has been practicing medicine in developing countries since 2006. Dr. Ndahimana is currently working as the Director of Infectious Disease at Partners In Health-Rwanda (Inshuti Mu Buzima). His high proficiency in designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting different projects of infectious diseases since 2008 helped him to optimize use of available resources to deliver on high-value goals. He is able to revisit the approaches and make shifts during the implementation if monitoring data recommends doing so. Related to research, Dr. Ndahimana has co-authored nine peer reviewed publications.

Dr. Ndahimana understands well health systems in developing countries like Rwanda as he has over ten years of experience working in clinical settings and program and project management. His achievements and work ethic have attracted various organizations like the United Nations. He therefore offers different consultancy services to organizations like WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF, ALMA and University of Rwanda.
