Witness is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with 3 years’ experience as a Student Services’ Administrator at UGHE- a health sciences university based in Butaro, Rwanda.  Witness holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia. She also recently was certified as a Project Manager(Project Management Professional) with Project Management Institute.

Witness is passionate about contributing  positive changes in the lives of marginalized people, especially young women and children- mainly the rights of physical protection, access to food, health care, and universal state-paid education. She seeks to accomplish this by leveraging her leadership skills, cultural competency, and project management expertise within healthcare and education sectors. She is amazed by the trends in healthcare and excited for their positive implications on Rwanda’s population and health sector. Through Witness’ work experience, she has learned to believe in herself, to never stop learning, and to always be able to work with people at all levels.
