Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations Manager
Rosette holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
She has over 12 years of extensive work experience in communications, public relations, media management, and marketing spanning diverse sectors in global non-profit NGOs, commercial banking & financial services, philanthropy sector as well as in retail business.
Prior to joining UGHE, Rosette worked as the Communications and Public Engagement Manager at World Vision Rwanda for two years where she oversaw donor correspondence engagements, public relations, emergency communications, branding, documentation, and social media management. She had previously worked as the Corporate Communications Manager at KCB Bank Rwanda for four years where she spearheaded several marketing and PR initiatives including the launch of ‘KCB Igire Program’, the bank’s flagship CSR initiative that won the 2019 national skills promoter award for addressing the problem of youth unemployment in Rwanda.
Rosette also worked as the Communications Specialist and Brand Manager for Compassion International in Rwanda for six years where she contributed to donor engagements and retention through creative content creation and impact reporting for diverse international audiences. She has worked as a communications consultant for Concern Worldwide in Rwanda as well as marketing and sales for Unilever products in Rwanda.
Rosette is passionate about contributing to addressing humanitarian causes and social inequity.
