Jean Baptiste Ukwizabigira, MA, PMP

Lecturer

Jean Baptiste is a Lecturer for Practicum. In his role, he teaches, design, and modifies practicum modules, research methods, and other public health related modules, and mentor students research projects.. He holds a Master’s in Applied Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst from CFI. Jean Baptiste is now pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Management with a focused commitment to addressing global health challenges.
 
Prior to joining UGHE, Jean Baptiste was Subject Manager and Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer, Course Facilitator, and Teaching Assistant at Kepler. He also worked with Oxford Refugee Studies Center as Pathways Assessor, Digital Literacy Consultant at VVOB-Rwanda, Admissions Coordinator at Moringa School, and has been a TA for leadership and management course at UGHE in 2022. Jean Baptiste has been teaching in higher education since 2017. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching football, and praying different games.
