Emmanuel Rwigamba holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and IT from former KIST and has over 7 years of experience in IT support and Networking. Before joining UGHE in May 2022, Emmanuel worked for KT Rwanda Networks Ltd as IT help desk, Regional IT Engineer, and ISP Engineer for over 5  years.He has also worked for MTN, TIGO, KIST and WDA.

Emmanuel  holds IT Related certifications in MTA, MCTS, MCP, NetHope IT Trainings, CCNA 1 to CCNA 4 and Fundamentals of IT Audit and Data Analytics certified.
