Compliance Requirements
All suppliers must comply with local and international procurement laws, as well as UGHE’s internal policies. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from current and future opportunities.
Contract Obligations
Once a bid is awarded, the supplier is expected to adhere to the terms outlined in the contract, including delivery timelines, quality standards, and payment terms.
Code of Conduct
We expect all suppliers to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Any form of unethical behavior, including fraud or corruption, will result in immediate disqualification.

UGHE is not liable for any damages or losses arising from system errors, technical failures, or outages. Suppliers are encouraged to submit bids well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.
Right to Reject
UGHE reserves the right to reject any bid without explanation. Submission of a bid does not guarantee a contract.
