Abida Adnan comes to UGHE with a wide range of experience in higher education. She has managed brand communications, spearheaded program development, and built philanthropic partnerships through human to human connection. Prior to joining the UGHE team in February 2021, Ms. Adnan served as Senior Leadership Giving Officer at Mount Holyoke College where she developed a strategic plan to advance the institution’s international philanthropy program. Prior to that, she served as Philanthropic Officer at Smith College contributing to the success of fundraising campaigns to provide new educational opportunities for women and prepare a new generation of global women leaders. Ms. Adnan holds a BA in Psychology from Smith College.
