Adriana is a dynamic and dedicated education professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She has a diverse background in administrative assistance, project management, and academic support with a passion to provide learning environments that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. She served as a Tutorial Assistant at Kepler College to provide coaching and workshops for English Communication Skills. In this role, she leveraged resources to ensure students received academic support tailored to their needs. In the past, she also served as a Program Assistant in the Systems Change Program – Employability track for the Education Collaborative of Ashesi University to empower other higher learning institutions in East Africa to develop career services that prepare students and graduates for the workplace.
