Agazi Fitsum Gebreselassie, MD, Msc
Lecturer | Center for One Health; Facilitator | Kikundi Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) Program Managers (PM) Community of Practice (CoP)
Dr Agazi is a clinician with two years’ work experience in a resource strapped public hospital in rural Ethiopia. After completing his clinical service, he joined UGHE’s master’s program – having dabbled in some digital media advertising in between – and earned a masters in Global Health Delivery.
Dr Agazi is currently a co-facilitator for the Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) Program Manager (PM) Community of Practice (CoP). In collaboration with the University of Washington, this Gates funded project aims to provide a platform for African PMs to collaborate, share experiences, and exchange expertise in NTD leadership. He also serves as a lecturer at the Center for One Health and is engaged in research and innovation projects concentrated around NTDs.
