Charlene Chido Mukondwa joined the University of Global Health Equity as the Manager of Admissions, Records and Student Services from July 2020. Prior to joining UGHE, Charlene was the Documents and Records Controller for Zimbabwe Power Company- a position that made her overally manage the power station’s records. She has previously worked as an Assistant Registrar for the Catholic University of Zimbabwe where she developed and demonstrated a record of building consensus, resolved conflict, addressed personnel and student issues with sensitivity and fairness, and demonstrated a record of effective financial management. Across these experiences, she has mastered outreach, transfer and articulation relationships, and the development of high school academy enrolment pipelines through innovative dual credit partnerships.

She holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from the University of Zimbabwe, a Special Honours Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane State University, Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science – Honours degree in Records and Archives Management from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe.
