Ms. Mugire holds a bachelor’s degree in Management with a Concentration in Logistics and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to joining UGHE, she worked in a women-in-IT empowerment project where she trained IT & soft skills, and performed administrative & logistics tasks.  Ms. Mugire is passionate about equitable education.
