Bashir K. Bulwanyi joined UGHE in March 2019 as a Campus Plumber. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Plumbing Part 2 from Royal Institute Kampala, Uganda. Prior to joining UGHE, Mr. Bulwanyi worked as a Jr. Plumbing Consultant, where he was among the consultants overseeing all the works of the main contractor during the construction of the UGHE Butaro campus Phase I. Mr. Bulwanyi has also held several responsibilities as Both a plumbing supervisor and technician in Fair Construction Rw. where he was featured in the construction of Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Kigali and High Commercial Court Nyamirambo.
