Valens Tugriyera holds a bachelor degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from the University of Lay Adventist of Kigali. He certified in security supervision by Rwanda National Police and became a certified Security Trainer by KK Security Burundi. Mr. Tugiriyera has worked for GIZ Rwanda as assistant country security focal point.
