Mpinga Rwabuhihi graduated from California Baptist University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in social entrepreneurship. Her professional paths in hotel management and project management shaped her appreciation for cultures. While at Imbuto Foundation, she enjoyed working in the youth empowerment unit, by leading the Innovation Accelerator Project, a mentorship acceleration programme supporting young entrepreneurs to generate innovative solutions to sexual & reproductive health challenges, such as teenage pregnancies. Additionally, she supported ArtRwanda-Ubuhanzi, a talent search project identifying & nurturing talent within the Creative Arts Industry. She is passionate about art and its power in advocating social issues affecting communities. In her spare time, she writes poetry, addressing topics that are often left unspoken.
