Nancy Michaelle Gatete is a graduate from the Hubei University of Technology in the field of economics and trade. She has experience in recruitment, talent development and administration in Global non profit organisations. Prior to her joining UGHE, she was a deputy lead recruiter at One Acre Fund. She has also worked for Offgridbox Rwanda as an administrative assistant. In her early working years, she was an interpreter for the Refugee resettlement Support Center as well as UNHCR.  Nancy is passionate about providing equal opportunities to everyone and she looks forward to fulfilling her passion with UGHE.
