Overview  

 Through its Executive Education courses, the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) trains and equips professionals and leaders throughout health systems with critical competencies and knowledge central to strengthening health care delivery systems and delivering equitable value­ based health programs. The Center for Gender Equity (CGE) at UGHE in collaboration with the Center for Leadership in Global Health Equity at UGHE are collaborating to develop and deliver an Executive Education course with the goal of reducing maternal and infant mortality across sub­ Saharan Africa. 

Objective  

The program aims to improve Maternal and Child Health (MCH) outcomes through program leadership and management training, with added emphasis on gender equality, equity-based programming, and evidence-based programming. The training targets individuals and organizations from the private, public, NGOs and nonprofit sectors throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
